About Eric Rubin 


Eric Rubin is a senior executive that has spent his career focused on improving the health of the healthcare system in America. He understands the life science industry having started in sales, the moving to strategic planning and ultimately into a product management for a large US healthcare organization.

In addition to being able to navigate a corporate environment I’ve held several Sr. Level/C Suite positions in service companies focused on developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of healthcare focused consumers. These included:

· Creating the market for direct consumer incentives (DTC and on-line couponing)

· Developing and delivering innovative programs for high tech biologic products in the rheumatoid and oncology sectors

· Working on developing the TogetherRx program which brought together seven pharmaceutical companies to form an organization to ensure that over one in senior citizens had access to much-needed prescription products.

·   Implementing two successful state-based healthcare exchanges

Eric has a track record of excess in working in entrepreneurial environments. As part of the leadership team he helped build sales from $15 million to over $100 million in three years while delivering $.05 earnings per share (EPS) to a parent organization that had over $20 billion in sales.

In addition to corporate activities Eric also helped his wife do launch a business and raise two daughters. My daughters also look to improve the lives of people in Iraq are is one will be a physician and the other is pursuing a career in education.

While I believe it is all is important to work hard, I also believe that you need to have interests outside of work to keep your mind sharp. When not working I enjoy playing tennis, gardening, staying up-to-date on the latest technology, doing home improvement projects and spending time with my two golden retrievers
